Major General Smedley Butler wrote the book, War is a Racket, in 1935. The short version I bought is 99 cents for an Amazon Kindle version.

The challenge centered around designing a nursery school model for London. This CityLab includes farm animals such as cows and chickens as well as greenhouses and ground-planted rows of vegetables.
